Your Right to Data Deletion

Repso, operated by Cleffon, respects your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. We are committed to processing all deletion requests promptly and transparently.

What Gets Deleted

When you submit a data deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Your Repso account and login credentials
• Your email address and profile information
• All connected Instagram account data and access tokens
• Your automation configurations and rules
• Activity logs, analytics, and usage history
• Subscription and billing records (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Any other personal data associated with your account

How to Request Deletion

You have two ways to delete your data:

Processing Timeline

• Requests are acknowledged within 1 business day.
• Data deletion is completed within 7 business days of receiving your request.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
• Some data may be retained for up to 30 days in backup systems before permanent removal.

Data We May Retain

In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain some data even after a deletion request, including:

• Transaction records required for tax and legal compliance (as required by Indian law).
• Data needed to resolve ongoing disputes or enforce our Terms of Service.
• Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you.

Instagram / Meta Data

When you delete your Repso account, we will also revoke all Instagram access tokens and remove any Instagram account data we hold. To fully disconnect Repso from your Instagram account, you can also go to your Instagram settings and remove Repso from your connected apps.
