1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Repso ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Repso is a product operated by Cleffon. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Repso is a creator automation platform that enables Instagram Business and Creator account holders to automate comment replies, direct messages, and engagement workflows using keyword-based triggers via the official Meta Graph API.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Be at least 13 years of age.
Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Repso offers the following subscription plans:

Free Plan — 1 Instagram account, 3 automations, 500 DMs/month.
Premium Plan — 3 Instagram accounts, unlimited automations, advanced analytics, priority support.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. See the pricing page for current rates.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payment Gateway. By making a payment, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees for the plan you select.
Provide valid payment information.
Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Our refund policy as described at repso.app/refunds.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass other users.
Impersonate any person or entity.
Engage in any illegal activity.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, restrictions, or security measures.
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
Collect user data without consent.
Use unauthorized automation tools, bots, or scraping methods.

7. Instagram API Compliance

Repso uses the official Meta Graph API. You acknowledge that Instagram may change or restrict API access at any time, that we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and that your Instagram account must comply with Meta's platform policies at all times. Repso reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate Meta's platform or API policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Repso (operated by Cleffon) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your automation content (messages, rules, etc.) but grant us a license to use it solely to provide the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Impose usage limits such as rate limits and message caps.
Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPSO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Repso and Cleffon from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or Instagram's policies.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Repso reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay subscription fees, violate Meta's platform or API policies, or request account deletion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
