By accessing and using REPSO ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

REPSO provides creator automation services, including:

  • Automated comment replies
  • Automated direct message responses
  • Keyword-based triggers
  • Analytics and activity logs

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old
  • You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

  • 1 Instagram account
  • 3 automations maximum
  • 500 DMs per month
  • Basic features only

4.2 Paid Plans

  • Pro Plan: ₹999/month
  • Enterprise Plan: ₹2,999/month

4.3 Billing

  • Payments are processed through Cashfree Payment Gateway
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly
  • No refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or restrictions
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service
  • Use the Service to collect user data without consent

6. Instagram API Compliance

Our Service uses Instagram's API and is subject to Instagram's Platform Terms. You acknowledge that:

  • Instagram may change or restrict API access at any time
  • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Your Instagram account must comply with Instagram's policies
  • Instagram may disable accounts that violate their terms

7. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Impose usage limits (rate limits, message caps, etc.)
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by REPSO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your content (automation rules, messages, etc.), but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Guarantees of uptime or availability
  • Guarantees that the Service will meet your requirements
  • Guarantees that the Service will be error-free or secure

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPSO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from Instagram account suspension or termination
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REPSO from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your violation of Instagram's terms or policies

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Request account deletion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.

13. Refund Policy

  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion for service outages or errors
  • Contact us within 7 days of payment for refund requests

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on this page
  • Updating the "Last updated" date
  • Sending an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
